Perhaps I just can’t remember the top secret operation in which I became bionic. I don’t know what’s happening to me, but since I complain about the bad stuff, I’ll put this out there, too. I seem to be speeding up rather suddenly. I just ran 3.5 miles in under 35 minutes. Actually, quite a bit under. This means yesterday’s graph looks even better if you add in today’s number. And until the last half mile, I was having a lot of fun. It’s been about a year and a half since I could do that distance in less than 10 minute miles. Yahoo.
Tomorrow is a day off with my first fiver in many months planned on Sunday. Here’s hoping the impressive streak continues.
