OK, I pulled myself together (although I’m still fantasizing about a green kitchen). Last night I read about 100 pages of stuff on the work project, and convinced myself that I can do this. The sun came out, and I got myself out for a short run this morning. Short but quick, especially given the snail-like pace of the first half, which was into a stiff wind. The tail wind on the way back allowed me to pass everybody I saw, which was fun (although it said more about them than me), and bring the total pace in as the fastest one since I don’t know when. Since it was the first run of March, I had the opportunity to produce this very impressive graphic (we statisticians know how to be impressive…it won’t look this good after tomorrow’s run).
And then, because I’m starting to run with my sainted Blackberry (it is also becoming my mp3 players, as I type), I got to take photos. This run is near my children’s school, a beautiful shoreline out and back path.
